Stingrays Summer Swim Team
The Stingrays Swim/Dive Team is a member of the Central Kentucky Swim Conference. IN a typical Summer season, participants will swim against 6-7 area teams.

Participants must be 5 years of age. Four years may be accepted by passing a swim test given by the coaches. We emphasize good sportsmanship, teamwork, and FUN! Parent involvement is a must. Parents are expected to work the meets, help with timing, ribbon distribution, concessions, etc.

Water Fitness

Mondays, Wednesdays 9:00 - 9:50 AM      Instructor: Susan
Tuesdays, Thursdays  9:00 - 9:50 AM      Instructor: June

Start your day with a warm water workout
in a friendly atmosphere!  This class is taught on a moderately high level with encouragement for each participant to “listen to their body” and exercise accordingly.  When done on a regular basis this workout can increase cardiovascular endurance, improve balance, strengthen the upper and lower body, improve muscle tone, increase flexibility and mobility as well as relieve stress. In water there is less traumatic impact to ones joints.  Both pools are used and non-swimmers are welcome.
